My WM config files: DWM, Openbox, etc.
WM config files: DWM, Openbox, etc.

Here I'm just gonna post my window manager configuration and files to avoid having to build them every time I install a window manager, the ones I use most commonly are JWM, DWM and Openbox in that order (Although most of the time I don't bother configuring anything in Jwm other than the menu as I usually use it for servers).
I'm also adding special notes like where the config files go, if you're reading this bear in mind some things may vary such as the commands used for conky for Openbox (I'm currently running it on FreeBSD)
DWM
By far the hardest to configure as I recommend building it from source instead of getting it from binaries in packages. The reason for this is because sometimes you need to patch it in order to include things like a clock and unlike other window managers you cannot just include it in the config files. I feel it has become a bit bloated over the years compared to how it used to be but I still believe it's the best tiled window manager and see no point in using anything else like i3 or Sway.

JWM
The rc file on debian is located on /etc/jwm/system.jwmrc, in order for JWM to make use of the file it must be copied to the home directory simply as .jwmrc

Add AwesomeWM to window managers config files
Honestly I haven't AwesomeWM for a while, I like the way it looks and handles but the problem that I have with Awesome is resource consumption; I find it to be on par with xfce, Enlightenment or (god forbid) Lumina. And at that point honestly you may as well go the full desktop route. Regardless, I'll documenting how to configure it, unlike other window managers I recommend using themes for this one as it's very time-consuming to configure manually.
